As a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our innovation and technology team are applying their skills and expertise to address one of the largest threats humankind has seen in a century. UV-C is widely used to disinfect water, food and drink products and in the disinfection of laboratory equipment. Technology also exists to disinfect environments in a number of sectors. Unlike other products, Eliptig’s unique design enables UV-C light to reach the vast majority of areas within a designated environment, minimising shadows and killing the virus.

Features

Ultraviolet light has been demonstrated to be capable of destroying viruses, bacteria and fungi in hundreds of laboratory studies. In particular, research has shown that light in the UV-C band (100-280nm) is especially effective at killing microbes and deactivating viruses.
